Reservation Policy

It is our priority that we bring in the best practitioners possible to perform your treatment. This often means your therapist may travel from as far as Portland or Astoria to see you. We consider everyone’s time to be of great value, so our cancellations policy is very strict. For individuals, we ask that:

1. A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments.
2. A secure payment link will be sent after booking.
3. 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Appointments canceled within 48 hours and no-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
